Are your products handmade?
Yes! All of our products are handmade in small batches and also before each re-stock to ensure fresh, long-lasting products.
Are your products vegan?
Of course! Our ingredients are 100% vegan (no animal anything here).
My body butter arrived a little melted, can I still use it?
Yes you can still use it! Depending on external temperatures, our body butters might melt a little during transit, but if you pop it into the fridge, wait 30-45 minutes, it’ll harden right back up.
Are all of your formulas the same for each scent?
No, however, we use the same formula for each type of product, ie: seasonal butters will be the same yet, w will differ from the signature butter formula.
I have super sensitive skin, will I still be able to use your products?
Yes! We created the "All Natural" option for all our really sensitive skin babes. All Natural contains no fragrance or color to minimize any possible allergens. All other products can still be used, even if you have sensitive skin!
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, please email us beautybuttahskincare@support.com as soon as possible to amend your order. However, if your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel or change your order.
Do you test your products on animals?
No! Beauty Buttah Skincare loves our furry friends! We are completely against testing on any animal.
